ROZYCKA NICOLLE Aleksandra

General Delegate, SNRC — Syndicat National de la Restauration Collective, France

Aleksandra Rozycka Nicolle is the General Delegate of the SNRC (National Syndicate of Contract Catering), which federates more than 28,000 contract catering restaurants in France and represents the sector before public authorities.

A graduate of EFAP and Sciences Po Paris, she has dedicated over twenty years to the public interest. She served as Chief of Staff in Puteaux and Bourges, as well as for the Departmental Councils of Drôme and Essonne. She was also Deputy Director General of the Hauts-de-France Region, and later of the Île-de-France Region, where she led the Sports, Health, Solidarity, and Security department. Additionally, she headed Orphéopolis, a social welfare institution supporting police officers and their families, before joining the contract catering sector as Director of Public Affairs France at Elior & Derichebourg Multiservices.

A member of the Executive Board of L’Alliance des Services, she chairs its Public Affairs Commission. She advocates for contract catering to be recognized as a lever for public health, a catalyst for social cohesion, a structural force for French agricultural sectors, and a key player in the transition toward healthier and more sustainable food systems.
