- Céline Bonnet is a Research Director at the National Research Institute for Agriculture, Food and the Environment (INRAE) in France, within the Toulouse School of Economics (TSE-R).
- She works on issues of industrial organisation and consumer behaviour in the agri-food sectors. Her most recent research focuses on the analysis of public nutrition policies and, more generally, the analysis of public policies for a more sustainable food supply.
