• As Chief Science Officer at EAT and Principal Scientist with the Alliance of Bioversity and CIAT (CGIAR), he works at the intersection of science, civil society, business, and policy to turn evidence into action.
• He leads EAT’s research portfolio, including the globally influential EAT-Lancet Commissions—among the most cited papers in science and policy.
• He contributes to the Alliances work on Science-Policy-Society Interfaces through a novel project “Nexus Action: the Montpellier Process, and through contributions to the Earth Commission and IPBES.
